The exterior design combines modern aesthetics with durable, sustainable materials suited to Seattle’s weather. White fiber cement panels provide a crisp, clean look, offering excellent resistance to moisture and allow-maintenance finish. Contrasting black fiberglass-reinforced panels (FRP)add a bold, contemporary touch while delivering exceptional strength and weather resilience. Warm European oak accents balance the modern elements, introducing natural texture and elegance.

Design Board

A final design board visually communicates the project’s concept, materials, colors, and layout, ensuring alignment with the original vision. It helps validate the design, secures client approval, serves as a reference for execution, and aids in identifying last-minute refinements. It should help to understand the story of the project. Additionally, it acts as a professional portfolio piece, showcasing the design process and final outcome.
